- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Shipping Rates

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 100 euros (domestic only).
- Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options. The exact rate will be shown during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
- Some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the provided link on your carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available and may take 24-48 hours to update.
Delivery Times
Please note that the delivery times provided by our carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as high order volume, shipping carrier delays, or weather conditions. While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, Hibiscus Hime is not responsible for any delivery issues, including lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
